Established in 2050 BS by a team of local academicians and social workers, and situated at the heart of Bharatpur, EGHSS has been imparting a value based education to the students. Withstanding several hurdles and ups and downs, it has now become the most comprehensive education system in the district: we have been running the bachelor?s programmes since 2063BS by the name of Millennium Model College. Under the same management umbrella we have been offering the opportunities of the High School Education (affiliated to SLC Board), the Higher Secondary Education in Management, Education and Humanities (affiliated to HSEB) and the Bachelor Programmes in Humanities, Management and Education (affiliated to TU). It has obtained recognition from the concerned department, the Ministry of Education, Govt. of Nepal to conduct studies in the above mentioned levels.
